Definition: Strong fuel odor coming from the engine compartment. Visual inspection shows carburetor area wet with fuel.

Float needle dirty/worn, seat loose Remove and clean or replace needle and seat. Carburetor Replacement

Float level misadjusted Perform float level adjustment.
