Clutch System Bleed
1. Attach hose to clutch bleed screw and immerse end of hose in container partially filled with clutch fluid.2. Open bleed screw, then fill clutch master cylinder reservoir until fluid is free of air bubbles.
3. Close bleed screw, then check clutch pedal freeplay, if freeplay exceeds 1/2 inch proceed to step 4.
4. Open bleed screw, then depress clutch pedal to floor.
5. Tighten bleed screw.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until fluid entering container is free of air. Check and fill reservoir, as needed, to ensure no air is drawn into system during bleeding.
