Wiper and Washer Systems: Description and Operation

The wiper motor used on these models is a two speed permanent magnet type motor. Operation is controlled by an instrument panel switch mounted to the left of the steering column and if equipped, by an intermittent governor which provides a variable delay between wipe cycles.
