SYMPTOM
NO BUS BIAS

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- DRB CCD bus bias out of tolerance
- CCD bus (+) CKT open
- CCD bus (+) CKT short to GND
- CCD bus (-) CKT open
- CCD bus (-) CKT short to GND
- Fuse # 10 defective
- Fused ignition switch output CKT short to GND
- Fused ignition switch output CKT to IC open
- Instrument cluster CCD bus BIAS out of tolerance
- Instrument cluster ground circuit open
