This symptom is diagnosed using the test CMTC AVERAGE MPH OR FUEL ECONOMY WRONG.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- PCM communications
- No vehicle speed sensor signal
- CMTC - average MPH fuel economy wrong
- PCM - related powertrain problems (fuel level unit DTC'S)
