SYMPTOM
P0522-OIL PRESSURE SENSOR VOLTS LOW

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition key ON and battery voltage above 10.4 volts.

SET CONDITION
The oil pressure sensor voltage at PCM goes below 0.1 volt for 0.5 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Oil pressure sensor signal circuit shorted to ground
- Wiring harness intermittent
- Oil pressure 5-volt supply circuit open
- Oil pressure sensor (shorted)
- Oil pressure sensor signal circuit shorted to sensor ground circuit
- Powertrain control module
