SYMPTOM
PCM MESSAGE NOT REC'D BY MIC

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition in the Run/Start position, Instrument Cluster in power-up state.

SET CONDITION
The Instrument Cluster detects loss of communication with Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- PCM message not rec'd by MIC
