EGR Valve - Installation

INSTALLATION - 3.0L DIESEL

1. Clean EGR valve sealing surfaces.




2. Lubricate the seal and install the EGR valve (3) in intake manifold. Tighten EGR valve retaining bolts (2) to 9 Nm (80 lbs.in).
3. Connect the EGR valve harness connector (1).
4. Install engine cover.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
