Driver Door Module (DDM)






B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to the Wiring Information Electrical Diagrams.

- When Monitored:
Continuously

- Set Condition:
If the Driver Door Module senses that the voltage is greater than 16.9 volts on the (A931) Fused B(+) circuit.





1. CHECK FOR ENGINE DTCs
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read active engine DTCs.

Does the scan tool display any CHARGING SYSTEM or BATTERY VOLTAGE related DTCs?

Yes

- Perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure.
- For gas engine applications, Testing and Inspection.

No

- Go To 2

2. TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. With the scan tool, erase DTCs
2. Start the engine and run for two minutes.
3. Cycle the ignition from on to off three times.
4. Turn the ignition on.
5. With the scan tool, read Driver Door Module (DDM) DTCs.

Does the scan tool display: B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH?

Yes

- Replace the Driver Door Module.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.

No

- The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
