F. Replace Wheel Opening Liner Retainers

1. Locate the wheel opening plastic liner fastener inside the right front wheel opening (Figure 14).

NOTE:
The wheel opening plastic liner fastener may be missing on some vehicles.

2. Remove and discard the old wheel opening plastic liner fastener.

3. Install the new metal fastener supplied. Tighten the fastener to 90 in. lbs. (10 N.m).

4. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the left front wheel opening plastic liner fastener.

5. If previously disconnected, connect the negative battery cable.

6. If any brake tube was replaced, continue to Section G - Bleed Hydraulic Brake System.
