INSTALLATION

OUTBOARD SEATS





1. Install the seat back foam (1) to the seat back frame (2).





2. Install new hog ring fasteners and finish pulling the seat cover (1) over the seat back foam (2).

3. Install the headrest. Headrest - Installation





4. Install the seat back (2) to the seat bottom assembly and install the outboard seat back fastener (1).
5. Tighten the outboard seat back fastener to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).





6. Install the inboard seat back bolts (2) and reposition the seat back foam and seat cover as necessary.
7. Tighten the inboard seat back bolts to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).





8. Install all the seat cover J-clips (1).





9. Install the headrest release cable (1) to the lockout box (2) and install the lock out box back to the seat frame making sure to align the lockout box over the alignment pin (3).
10. Install the two lockout box fasteners (4) on the outboard side of the seat.





11. Install the seat side trim panel covers (1) and fully seat the retainer clips.
12. Rotate the seat back to folded position fully engaging the seat latches.





13. Install the seat back trim cover panel (1) to the seat back (2).





14. Install child safety tether bezel (2) and bezel fasteners (1).

CENTER SEAT





1. Install the seat back foam (1) to the center seat back frame (2).





2. Insert the seat belt (3) through the opening in the seat back cover and carefully pull the cover (1) over the seat back foam.
3. Install the seat belt trim bezel (2) to the seat back (1).





4. Install the pin type fastener (1) in the armrest opening of seat back.
5. Install the armrest assembly to the seat back fully engaging the retainer clips.





6. Install the two armrest fasteners (1) on the back side of the seat back.
7. Tighten armrest fasteners to 14 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).





8. Install the seat back (1) to the second row seat assembly and install the left side seat back fastener (2).
9. Tighten the left side seat back fastener to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs).





10. Install the two right side seat back bolts (1).
11. Tighten the right side seat back bolts to 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.).
12. Secure the seat back cover tab straps to the seat back frame.





13. Install the seat side trim panel covers (1) and fully engage the retainer clips.
14. Rotate seat back down and fully engage the seat latches.





15. Install the seat back trim cover panel (1).
16. Install the second row seat assembly. Second Row Seat - Installation
