B1A26-MAXIMUM NUMBER OF KEYS PROGRAMMED

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to the Wiring Information.

- When Monitored:
With the ignition switch on.

- Set Condition:
When the maximum number of keys (8) have been programmed into the Wireless Ignition Node (WIN).





MAXIMUM NUMBER OF KEYS PROGRAMMED INTO THE WIN

NOTE: The below procedure has you clearing all the key information within the WIN. It is important to obtain all the customer's ignition key(s) so they may be reprogrammed into the module.

1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Using a scan tool, clear all the key information in the WIN.
3. Program the all the customer key(s) into the WIN (up to eight only).

Was the "Maximum Number of Keys Programmed" display again?

Yes

- Replace and program the Wireless Ignition Node.
NOTE: If this vehicle is equipped with a Steering Column Lock Module, it must be replaced along with the WIN.

- Perform the WIN VERIFICATION TEST. Wireless Ignition Node (WIN) Verification Test

No

- Programming of the key(s) were successful. Test complete.
- Perform the WIN VERIFICATION TEST. Wireless Ignition Node (WIN) Verification Test
