Passenger Door Module (PDM)
B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH

- When Monitored:
Continuously
- Set Condition:
If the Passenger Door Module senses voltage is greater than 16.9 volts on the (A931) Fused B(+) circuit.
1. CHECK FOR ENGINE DTCs
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read Engine DTCs.
Does the scan tool display any CHARGING SYSTEM or BATTERY VOLTAGE related DTCs?
Yes
- Perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure.
- For gas engine applications, Testing and Inspection.
- For diesel engine applications, Testing and Inspection.
No
- Go To 2
2. TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. With the scan tool, erase the DTCs
2. Start the engine and run for two minutes.
3. Cycle the ignition from on to off three times.
4. Turn the ignition on.
5. With the scan tool, read Passenger Door Module (PDM) active DTCs.
Does the scan tool display: B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH?
Yes
- Replace the Passenger Door Module.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
No
- The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
