REMOVAL

SEAT BACK





1. Remove the two seat cushion mounting bolts (1), one from each side of the vehicle.
2. Slide the rear seat cushion forward to release the hooks (2) from the body pan.
3. If equipped, disconnect electrical and remove seat cushion assembly.
4. If equipped, release clips and remove headrests.
5. Remove the rear seat back. Seat Back - Removal.
6. Remove the 40% seat outboard pivot point bolt.
7. Remove the two inboard hinge mounting bolts and separate the 40% seat back.

COVER - 40% SEAT BACK

1. Place the seat back face down on a clean work surface.
2. Remove the two mounting screws and remove the child seat anchor bezel.
3. Remove the three mounting screws and remove the seat back latch trim bezel.
4. Remove the inboard hinge pivot point bolt.
5. Turn seat face up, unzip cover and pull the cover back to access the hog rings.
6. Cut the hog rings, release the Velcro strips and remove the seat back cover.
7. Separate the foam from the seat back frame, if required.

COVER - 60% SEAT BACK

1. Remove the two lower pivot point bolts from the 60% seat back.
2. Place the seat back face down on a clean work surface.
3. Remove the two mounting screws and remove the child seat anchor bezel.
4. Remove the three mounting screws and remove the seat back latch trim bezel.
5. Remove the mounting screws and remove the center seat belt trim bezel.
6. Turn seat face up, unzip cover and pull the cover back to access the hog rings.
7. Cut the hog rings, release the Velcro strips and remove the seat back cover.
8. Separate the foam from the seat back frame, if required.
