Brake Pedal Height
Adjustment1. Disconnect brake lamp switch connector.
2. Loosen the lock nut A, and turn the switch counterclockwise until it no longer contacts the brake pedal.
3. Loosen the lock nut A, and adjust the pedal height by turning a push rod A.
Pedal free play: 0.16 - 0.31 inch (5 - 8 mm)
4. Tighten the operating rod lock nut after adjusting pedal free play.
5. Turn the switch - till the white rod of the switch appears about 0.1 - 2.5 mm and tighten lock nut A.
Tightening torque: 10 - 13 ft. lbs. (14 - 18 Nm, 1.4 - 1.8 kg-m)
6. Connect the brake lamp switch connector.
