Disassembly and Reassembly Procedure
Rear Wheel Hub BearingDisassembly/Assembly
1. Disassemble rear wheel hub bearing in order shown on figure.
2. Assembly will perform in the reverse order.
Disassemble note
Wheel hub bearing
1. Disassemble hub bearing with SST (OK410 111 012).
Wheel hub bolt
Notice:
a) Do not disassemble wheel hub bolt if not necessary.
b) Do not reuse wheel hub doff if disassembled.
1. Remove wheel hub bolt with a press.
Notice: Do not exceed 108.5 ft. lbs. (147 Nm, 15 kg.m) of pressure while installing or removing the wheel studs or damage may result.
Assemble note
1. Fill out grease to the hatched area, bearing and lip of oil seal, when assembled.
Notice: Grease specification: O-GW02
Grease quantity: 50°5 grams
