Fuel Pump: Service and Repair

FUEL PUMP REMOVAL

1. Release fuel system pressure. Refer to "Releasing fuel system pressure".
2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal from the battery.
3. Remove the rear seat.




4. Remove service cover under center floor carpet.




5. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector, the EVAP hose, the main and return hose.
6. Unfasten the assembly fixing-bolt (6 EA).




7. Disconnect the breather hose.
