ONE WAY CLUTCH





COMPONENTS

DISASSEMBLY





1. Hold the planetary sun gear and turn the brake hub. The brake hub should turn freely clockwise and should lock counterclockwise.





2. Separate the one-way clutch from the brake hub.





3. Remove the thrust washer.





4. Remove the oil seal ring.





5. Remove the snap ring.





6. Remove the sun gear input drum.





7. Remove the snap ring of the planetary sun gear.

INSPECTION





1. Using a dial indicator, measure the inner diameter of the planetary sun gear.
Maximum diameter: 27.08 mm (1.066 inch)

REASSEMBLY





1. Install the one-way clutch and the brake hub.





2. Hold the planetary sun gear and turn the hub. The brake hub should turn freely clockwise and should lock counterclockwise.
