      This maintenance is recommended by Kia. However it is not necessary for emission warranty coverage or manufacturer recall liability.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect fuel tank, hoses, and lines.
    Fuel Filler Cap
    Fluid - Transfer Case
    Fluid - M/T
      Inspect at mileage interval or every 15 months, whichever comes first - if equipped.
    Fluid - Differential
      Check front and rear differentials.
    Fluid - A/T
      Inspect fluid level and condition.
    Exhaust System
    Evaporative Emissions Hose
      Inspect hose and tube for emissioms. For California, the maintenance is recommended, but not required.
    Drive Belt
    Cooling System
      Inspect for leakage and damage.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
    Clutch Fluid
      Inspect fluid level and condition.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Check pads, shoes, rotors, shoes, lines, fluid level, parking break freeplay, and pedal freeplay.
    Brake Fluid
      Inspect fluid level and condition.
    Body and Frame
      Inspect all nuts, bolts, locks, hinges, belts, anchors. Tighten and lubcricate as necessary.
    Battery
      Inspect at mileage interval or every 15 months, whichever comes first.
    Ball Joint

    Evaporative Canister Filter
      Replace fuel tank filter and check all vapor lines and connections for cracks, breaks, and leaks at mileage interval or every 30 months, whichever comes first.
    Engine Oil
    Air Filter Element
      Inspect at mileage interval or every 30 months, whichever comes first.
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires, check balance, inspect pressure and tread wear. Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
