Parking Position Switch indicates that Shift Lever is in P range or not.
Smart Key Module decides that engine starting is enable after receiving Parking Position Switch signal.

DTC Description

SMART KEY Module sets DTC B1971 if vehicle speed is over 3 km/h while parking switch signal is ON.
