Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






Control Circuit Inspection

Check open / short in assist door unlock actuator circuit
1. Disconnect battery (-) terminal after IG "OFF"
2. Disconnect ADM connector.
3. Check resistance between control terminal of of unlock detection of ADM harness connector and ground.

Specification : Lock : About 1 Ohm, UNLOCK : About Infinity Ohms





4. Is the measured value within specification ?
