General Description

ECM equipped with Immobilizer function has 4 different Immobilizer S/W (Smartra 2, Smartra 3, PIC and PIC2 START STOP BUTTON SWITCH). With initial IG ON, ECM decides what kind of ECM it is, so call, it is ECM auto-detection.

Immobilizer function is kept its SW Until neutralizing ECM.

DTC Description

ECM sets DTC P1610 if Non START STOP BUTTON SWITCH EMS is installed on vehicle equipped with START STOP BUTTON SWITCH Immobilizer.
