Replacement

Secondary (R/H)

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Remove the recliner lever (A).




2. Disconnect the recliner cable (A).
3. Remove the recliner lever (B).




4. Remove the walk in lever lever (A).




5. Remove the recliner cover (A).




6. Remove the back panel (A).




7. Disconnect the protectors (A).




8. Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).




9. After removing the hogring clips on seat back and remove the seat back cover (A).




10. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Secondary Seat (L/H)

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Remove the cover (A).




2. Loosen the mounting screws, then remove the cover (A).




3. Remove the recliner mounting bracket (A).




4. Remove the cover (A).




5. Remove the recliner lever (A).




6. Disconnect the recliner cable (A).
7. Remove the recliner lever (B).




8. Remove the seat back panel (A).




9. Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).




10. Disconnect the protectors (A).




11. Remove the cover (A).




12. Remove the headrest guide (A).




13. Remove the cover (A).




14. After loosening the mounting bolt, remove the armrest (A).




15. After removing the hogring clip on seat back and remove the seat back cover (A).




16. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the armrest cover (A).




17. Remove the seat back frame (A).




18. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Third Seat

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Remove the third seat assembly.
2. After loosening the mounting screw, remove the folding lever cover (A).




3. Remove the seat back panel (A).




4. Disconnect the scuff bands (A).
5. Remove the headrest and headrest guide (B).




6. Disconnect the hogring clips on the front of seat back, remove the seat back cover (A).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
