Component Inspection

1. Check PSD
1. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF" & PSD "ON"
2. Disconnect door motor
3. Measure voltage between terminal "F28-1-7, F27-1-7" of PSD and chassis ground while pushing the Close switch.
4. Measure voltage between terminal "F28-1-2, F27-1-2" of PSD and chassis ground while pushing the open switch.




5. Is the measured voltage within specifications?
YES
1) Check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
NO
1) Substitute with a known-good PSD and check for proper operation.
If the problem is corrected, replace PSD and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
