Monitor Scantool Data

1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Engine start and drive the vehicle on the road.
3. Monitor the "VSS" parameters on the scantool. (ECM and ESC (ESP) Control)

Specification : VSS signal changes along with vehicle speed while driving
