Cabin Temperature Sensor / Switch: Description and Operation

Description

1. In-car air temperature sensor is located at the center facia lower panel.
2. The In Car Sensor is a negative type thermistor. The resistance will rise with lower temperature, and reduce with higher temperature.
3. The sensor contains a thermistor which is used to measure the temperature inside of the vehicle. The sensor value is delivered to heater control unit, which, according to this signal will regulates in car temperature.
