General Description

DDM is a node of CAN communication system which consists of IPM. FAM, RAM, ADM, IMS. Main function of DDM is lock/unlock of door and window, adjusting position and fold/unfold of outsidemirror. Beside that, for for the convenience of driver in dark area, DDM controls all sorts of switch illumination(outside mirror s/w, front powerseat s/w etc.) and doorlamp.

The ECM sets DTC B2525 if there's short circuit in illumination circuit harness
