B2535 Right Turn Signal Lamp Circuit Short to Ground - Inspection/Repair:_:W/Harness Inspection

Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Electrical systems consist of a lot of harness and connectors, poor connection of terminals can cause various problems and damge of component.
2. Check poor connection, beding, corrosion, contaminatio, deformation of connector and it termianls.
3. Is any problem found?
YES
1) Repair if neccesary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair".
NO
1) Go to W/Harness Inspection.

Power Supply Circuit Inspection

Check short in power circuit
1. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
2. Disconnect Right turn signal lamp.
3. Measure the resistance between Right turn signal lamp power circuit of FAM(BCM-FE-39) and chassis ground.
A. Specification : Infinity Ohms




4. Is the measured resistance within the specification?
YES
1) Go to "Component Inspection".
NO
1) Repair short to ground in power circuit and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair".
