B2541 Left Turn Signal Lamp Circuit Open Error - Inspection/Repair:_:W/Harness Inspection

Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Electrical systems consist of a lot of harness and connectors, poor connection of terminals can cause various problems and damge of component.
2. Check poor connection, beding, corrosion, contaminatio, deformation of connector and it termianls.
3. Is any problem found?
YES
1) Repair if neccesary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair".
NO
1) Go to W/Harness Inspection.

Power Supply Circuit Inspection

Check open in power circuit
1. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
2. Measure the resistance between Left turn signal lamp power circuit of FAM(BCM-FE-52)and turn signal lamp(E24-1).
A. Specification : Infinity Ohms




3. Is the measured resistance within the specification?
YES
1) Go to "Ground Circuit Inspection".
NO
1) Repair open in power circuit and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair".

Ground Circuit inspection

Check open in ground circuit
1. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
2. Measure the resistance between Left turn signal lamp ground circuit(E24-3) and chassis ground.
A. Specification : 0 Ohms




3. Is the measured resistance within the specification?
YES
1) Go to "Component Inspection".
NO
1) Repair open in ground circuit and go to"Verification of Vehicle Repair".
