Keyless Entry System
The burglar alarm system is integrated with the keyless entry system. The keyless entry system allows you to lock and unlock the vehicle with the remote transmitter. When you push the LOCK button, all doors lock. When you push the UNLOCK button again, all doors unlock.
Function
Keyless Entry Function
DOOR LOCK / UNLOCK and Trunk operations are performed with remote controller
1. Keyless entry function is performed in a state that key in switch is eliminated from key cylinder.
2. LOCK / UNLOCK and trunk signals are received from the transmitter and DOOR LOCK / UNLOCK and Trunk signals are sent to the doors.
3. In case of the tailgate, the latch is operated when the button is pushed for 0.5s or more.
Transmitter(TX) Spec
1. Transmission Distance : 30m or more from outside of the car
2. Registration (Programming) procedure of the transmitter
(1) In registration mode, it shall be possible to register up to Max 4EA.
(2) During re-registration, new data is registered after deleting the previous TX DATA
(3) To perform the registration procedure use the GDS and go to "TRANSMITTER CODE REGISTRATION".
3. Transmitter signal & Receiver Spec
(1) Transmission signal
A. Transmit relevant transmission DATA (Transmission frame) twice by pushing TX switch.
B. Only the LOCK signal is sent when pushing both TX LOCK and UNLOCK switch at the same time.
Anti-theft function

If hazard lamp output is not compatible with"Tailgate release function"on activating Auto lock timer3 by TX tailgate in ARM and ARM WAIT, Hazard lamp output control by tailgate release function is the priority.

Panic Alarm function
1. Activated by inputting TX PANIC with KEY IN=OFF, ACC=OFF, IGN1=OFF, IGN2=OFF, and stopped in the following condition.
A. TX LOCK
B. TX UNLOCK
C. PANIC (RKE PANIC=1 for SMK specification) input
D. KEY IN=ON or IGN1=ON or IGN2=ON Input
E. Driver door key unlock switch ON
F. Driver door key LOCK switch ON
G. Transponder AUTO = 1
H. After completeing PANIC alarm activation
I. ARM mode activation
2. PANIC alarm is activated regardless of B/ALARM mode, but halted in activating ARM mode. It is activated in alarm mode by B/ALARM.
3. Horn and Hazard operation by B/ALARM is prior to PANIC alarm.
4. Horn should be OFF for 10 seconds of pausing time during being alerted by B/ALARM.
T1 : 1.5sec, T30 : 28sec ± 2, T2 : 0.5sec
Horn Answer Back function
1. HORN and B/HORN output is operated during HAZARD action, if ARM WAIT condition is maintained by TX LOCK within 4 seconds from ARM WAIT activation.
2. HORN and B/HORN output is operated during HAZARD action, if ARM is maintained by TX LOCK within 4 seconds from TX LOCK input.
3. If ARM WAIT or ARM mode is cancelled during T1, HORN and HAZARD output is not operated.
4. HORN and B/HORN and HAZARD output is operated regardless of receiving other TX LOCK that is registered during T1 action.
