Secondary Seat Passenger (RH)

Seat Assembly Replacement
1. Disconnect the seat heater connector (A).
2. Loosen the seat mounting nut.

Tightening torque :
39.2 - 53.9 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lb-ft)




3. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the seat assembly (A).

Tightening torque :
44.1 - 58.8 N.m (4.5 - 6.0 Kgf.m, 32.5 - 43.4 lb-ft)




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Cover Replacement
1. Disconnect the mounting clips (B), and then disconnect the cover (A).




2. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the recliner cover (A).

NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.




3. Remove the cover (A).




4. Loosen the seat cushion mounting bolt (A).




5. After loosening the mounting nuts, then remove the seat cushion (A).




6. Disconnect the seat heater wirering mounting clip (A).




7. Disconnect the protector (A), and then remove the seat cushion.




8. After removing the hog-ring clips (B) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (A).




9. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
- Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C).





Seat Cushion Heater Replacement
Removal
1. Remove the seat cushion cover.
2. Detach the heater (B) attached to the sponge (A), as shown in the picture.

CAUTION:
- Take care the slab sponge no to be damaged.




Installation
1. Detach the paper from the reverse side of heater assembly.
2. Install the seat heater to main sponge.

CAUTION:
- Take care the seat heater shape change.
- Put the seat heater on the seat cushion exactly.

3. Installation the seat cushion cover.

CAUTION:
- Be careful not to damage the seat warmer line, when installing the hog-ring clips.

NOTE:
- To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
- Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C).





Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Disconnect the recliner cable (A).




2. Disconnect the cap.
3. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the recliner cover (A).




4. Using a flat-tip screwdriver.
5. Push the inner hook, remove the cover (A).




6. Remove the seat back panel (A).




7. Disconnect the protector (A).




8. Push the lock pin (B), and then remove the headrest (A).




9. After removing the hog-ring clips (B) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (A).




10. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
- Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C).





Seat Back Frame Replacement
1. Remove the seat back cover.
2. After loosening the mounting screws, then disconnect the lever (A).




3. Disconnect the recliner cable (A).
4. Loosen the mounting bolts and then remove the seat back frame (B).




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.
Third Seat

Seat Assembly Replacement
1. Remove the partition trim.
2. Loosen the mount bolts.

Tightening torque :
44.1 - 58.8N.m (4.5 - 6.0Kgf.m, 32.5 - 43.4lb-ft)




3. Disconnect the cap.
4. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the third seat assembly (A).

Tightening torque :
44.1 - 58.8N.m (4.5 - 6.0Kgf.m, 32.5 - 43.4lb-ft)




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
1. Loosen the bolt.




2. Loosen the bolt and then remove the seat cushion (A).




3. Disconnect the protector (A).




4. Disconnect the protector (A) and then remove the seat cushion cover.




5. After removing the hog-ring clips (B) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (A).




6. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
- Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C).





Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Remove the headrest.
2. Using a flat-tip screwdriver, remove the cover (A).




3. Open the zipper (A).




4. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the panel (A).




5. Disconnect the protector (A).




6. After removing the hog-ring clips (B) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (A).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
- Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C).





Seat Frame Replacement
1. Remove the seat cushion.
2. Remove the seat back.
3. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the cover (A).




4. Disconnect the cable (A).
5. After loosening the recliner mounting bolts, then remove the seat back frame (B).




6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
