This document is a quick reference diagnostic guide to give a better understanding of the GEMS system codes. It will be updated as needed with any new information learned over the previous time period.

You are a vital source of valuable information to us, please report any incidences of fault occurrences you experience.

The Diagnostic Trouble Code Report (DTCR) included in this document has been generated for you to fill in and fax to LRNA at (301) 731-9814 prior to calling the HelpLine with any GEMS or transmission system related questions. It requests some basic information that we will need to allow us to more efficiently provide help to you during HelpLine contact. It also provides us with all relevant information about your experience which did not require HelpLine assistance.

Use of this DTCR will help us more accurately track any inquires and provide a faster resolution and a data base for future developments - Please use it.

Please include a detailed summary in the "Comment" area of the DTCR, as this will help Land Rover clearly understand your help requirements or how you resolved the problem.
