GEMS OBD II Diagnostic Information Document

In our continuing effort to keep our retail associates up to date with the latest information on OBD II Diagnosis, attached please find the first issue of the GEMS OBD II Diagnostic information Document.

This document is a quick diagnostic guide to give a better understanding of the GEMS system codes. At the end of the document is a copy of the Diagnostic Trouble Code Report (DTCR), please use this report as a means of informing LRNA of the current issues. This information will allow us to accurately track any inquires, provide a faster resolution and build a data base for future developments.

When faxing the DTCR to LRNA please include a detailed summary in the "Comment" area of the report. This will help LRNA clearly understand your help requirements or how you resolved the problem. This is a vital source of information to us. Please report all incidences of fault occurrences you experience, so we may update the GEMS OBD II Diagnostic Information Document with information from the field.
