NVH Enhancements

^ Ensure that seat belt anchors comply with Service Bulletin P92-008.

^ Introduce clearance between the 4 rear body mount pads. Do not remove the rubbers on the rear!

^ LOOSEN all transfer box and engine mounts. Drive vehicle for approx. .25 mile to centralize power unit. Re-torque all mounts.

^ LOOSEN all exhaust mounts and drive vehicle for approx. .25 mile. Re-torque exhaust mounts.

^ Confirm that the engine mount studs are in line (mount not stressed).

^ Confirm that exhaust mounts are not stressed.

^ Inspect for any fouling between chassis and body. Look carefully in the area of the frame outriggers.

^ Ensure that driveshaft slip yokes are not seized.

^ Inspect U-joints for wear and stiffness.
