Service Advisor Prompts

^ Has the vibration always been present or did it occur after a certain event? What was the event?

^ What vehicle speed(s) does the vibration(s) occur?

^ What engine rpm(s) does the vibration(s) occur?

^ Does it occur while accelerating, coasting or cruising?

^ Can the vibration be described as shaking or is it more audible? For instance, can the vibration be felt in the seat of the pants or is it more a rumbling noise?

^ Has the car been off-roading or been in an accident? Has the car been in a situation where a vehicle component may have been damaged?
