Service repair no - 78.60.01

Remove
1. Remove squab cover and squab foam as an assembly. Service and Repair





2. Disconnect lumber pump multiplug.
3. Release 8 clips securing squab diaphram and bladder assembly to squab frame.
4. Remove diaphram and bladder assembly.
Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.





5. Noting position of retention wire and hog rings securing wire to diaphram, remove hog rings and retention wire.

Refit
6. Position retention wire to diaphram and secure with hog rings.

WARNING: Position and security of retention wire is critical for effective airbag performance.

7. Position diaphram assembly and secure clips.
8. Connect lumber pump multiplug.
9. Fit squab cover. Service and Repair
