Oil Pick-Up Strainer

Service repair no - 12.60.20


Remove
1. Remove sump gasket.





2. Remove 2 bolts and 1 nut securing oil pick-up strainer.
3. Remove oil pick-up strainer.
4. Collect spacer from stud.
5. Remove and discard O-ring.


Refit
6. Clean oil pick-up strainer and O-ring recess.
7. Lubricate and fit new O-ring.
8. Locate spacer on stud.
9. Position oil pick-up strainer, fit and tighten, bolts to 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.) and, nut to 22 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
10. Fit new sump gasket.
