Gasket- Rear Extension Housing

Remove

1. Remove transfer gearbox.





2. Remove 9 bolts securing rear extension housing to gearbox case and remove housing.
3. Remove and discard gasket.


Refit

4. Clean rear extension and mating face, dowel and dowel holes.
5. Fit new gasket to gearbox case.
6. Fit rear extension housing and tighten bolts to 23 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
7. Fit transfer gearbox.
