Sunroof / Moonroof: Adjustments

76.84.82 Sun Roof - Align To Roof Panel & Adjust - 5 Door

Check

1. With sunroof closed, check alignment of glass to roof panel. The glass should be central in its aperture and set:
- flush to 1.2 mm low at the front
- flush to 0.5 mm high at the rear

Adjust

1. Open sunroof blind.







2. Remove sunroof glass finishers.
3. Loosen 6 Torx screws securing sunroof glass.
4. Align sunroof glass to roof and tighten Torx screws.
5. Fit sunroof glass finishers.
6. Close sunroof blind.
