CONDITION SUMMARY:

Situation:

A lower level air conditioning compressor service repair is now available if there is an issue with the compressor pulley / pulley bearing. It is no longer necessary to replace the complete air conditioning compressor.

Action:

In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below to replace the air conditioning compressor pulley.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR PULLEY

1. Refer to Workshop Manual, section 412-03A / 412-03B: Air Conditioning, and replace the air conditioning compressor pulley.
