Revised Workshop Procedure: Body Assembly Remove / Refit





AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE:

CONDITION SUMMARY:

Situation:
The Workshop Manual procedure for removing and refitting the body assembly has been revised. The revised procedure has several steps removed or re-timed, including but not limited to:

^ Bumper renew (front and rear) has been replaced with bumper remove / refit for access

^ Complete coolant drain has been replaced with a coolant top up as only one (1) liter is lost

^ Shields located under the front wheel arches no longer require removal

^ Steering column repair time has been reevaluated

NOTE:
Associated repair times requiring body removal will also change.

Action:
When removing and refitting the body assembly, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below.
