Roof opening panel blind rewind procedure - Vehicles built from VIN 154972




1 Close the roof opening panel blind.

NOTE:
Rotate the roof opening panel in the directions illustrated.
Release the roof opening panel blind from the runners.
- Rotate the left-hand edge counter clockwise and release the right-hand edge from the frame.





3 Open the roof opening panel blind.





4 Using a suitable pin or paperclip (as illustrated), release the roof opening panel blind from the mounting bracket and remove the roof opening panel blind from the vehicle.

NOTE:
The roof opening panel must be rewound 14 rotations.
Rewind the roof opening panel.
Push the spring axle in to the roof opening panel blind.
Using a suitable tool, hold and rotate the spring axle.
Release the spring axle 17 mm from the roof opening panel blind once after the 14 rotations have been achieved.

NOTE:
Make sure that the spring axle is correctly located into the roof opening panel frame.
Install the roof opening panel blind to the frame.





7 Install the roof opening panel blind sliders to the runners.
Push the roof opening panel blind right-hand slider in to the runner.
Install the left-hand slider clockwise to the runner.





8 Open the roof opening panel blind and check for correct operation.
