AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE

CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation:
To ensure 2011 model year vehicles are equipped with the very latest software and parts to enhance the vehicle owners expenence, a limited number of vehicles within the affected VIN range require a Navigation system software and map update.

NOTE:
The updates may only be performed on eligible vehicles which were sold and delivered between 01 November 2010 and 28 February 2011 Unsold vehicles and vehicles delivered after 28 February 2011 are not eligible.

Action:
Owners of vehicles eligible for this update have been notified via Owner Letter a sample of which is attached. Eligible vehicles sold and delivered between 01 November 2010 and 28 February 2011 should be updated at the next opportunity.
