Removal

NOTE:
The doors are serviced as complete assemblies. The door skins are not available as serviceable items.

NOTE:
The doors are made from aluminum. The door inner assemblies are made of pressed panels and die-cast panels, which are joined together using a combination of riveting and bonding.
1 Protect the bodywork as necessary to prevent damage to the vehicle or paintwork.




2 Remove the door.

Installation

CAUTION: The shaded areas in the above illustration highlights the cast aluminum panels. These panels cannot be repaired, if damage occurs to these panels then the whole door must be replaced.
1 Protect the bodywork as necessary to prevent damage to the vehicle or paintwork.
2 Install the door.
