Rear Stabilizer Bar
Removal

WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2 Remove the LH rear air spring. For additional information, refer to Rear Air Spring Rear Air Spring
3 Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Specifications Battery and Charging System
4 Remove the exhaust system. For additional information, refer to Exhaust System

NOTE:
LH illustration shown, RH is similar.
NOTE:
Use an additional wrench to prevent the ball joint rotating.
Release the stabilizer bar links from the stabilizer bar.
- Remove the stabilizer bar link nut.
- Repeat procedure for the other side.

NOTE:
Note the fitted position of the stabilizer bar and bushings to aid installation.
Remove the stabilizer bar.
- Remove the 2 nuts.
- Repeat procedure for the other side.
Installation
1 Install the stabilizer bar.
- Tighten the nuts to 56 Nm.

NOTE:
Use an additional wrench to prevent the ball joint rotating.
Connect both rear stabilizer bar links to the stabilizer bar.
- Tighten the nuts to 100 Nm.
3 Install the exhaust system. For additional information, refer to Exhaust System
4 Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Specifications Battery and Charging System
5 Install the LH rear air spring. For additional information, refer to Rear Air Spring Rear Air Spring
