1. Remove the battery for access.

10. Remove Air cleaner RH.
11. Remove Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding.
12. Remove Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging.
13. Remove Front Bumper Cover.
14. Remove Rear Bumper Cover.

16. CAUTION: Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

- Remove and discard the 2 O-ring seals.

47. CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing the components, make sure the area around the joint faces and connections are clean. Plug open connections to prevent contamination.







- Position an absorbent cloth to collect fluid spillage.
- Disconnect the line union.
- Remove the clip.

51. Remove the fuel filler cap.

- Remove the clip.

62. Remove and discard the 10 body mount bolts.
- Remove the 10 spacing washers.







63. Carefully lower the vehicle and support the chassis with axle stands.

64. CAUTION: To prevent the body becoming unstable when raised from the integrated body frame, install the vehicle tie down straps.

- NOTE: Note the fitted position of the body mounts.

Using an assistant raise and support the body.
- Remove the body mounts.
