7-Ground: Approx. 12 Volts with the Wiper and Washer SW at LOposition
Approx. 12 Volts every 1 to 10 Seconds intermittently with the Wiper SW at INT position
4-Ground: Approx. 12 Volts with the Ignition SW ON unless the Wiper Motor at STOP position
13-Ground: Approx. 12 Volts with the Wiper and Washer SW at HIposition

5-6: Closed unless the Wiper Motor at STOP position
