INSPECTION
Terminal Identification:
Reference:
1. INSPECT IGNITION KEY CYLINDER RELAY CIRCUIT
Remove the relay and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown.
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
Front And Rear Door Courtesy Switch Testing:
2. INSPECT DOOR COURTESY SWITCH CONTINUITY
a. Check that there is continuity between terminal and the switch body with the switch ON (switch pin released: opened door).
b. Check that there is no continuity between terminal and the switch body with the switch OFF (switch pin pushed in: closed door).
If operation is not as specified, replace the switch.

3. INSPECT FRONT PERSONAL LIGHT SWITCH CONTINUITY
w/Sliding Roof:
If continuity is not as specified, replace the personal light.
4. INSPECT FRONT PERSONAL LIGHT SWITCH CIRCUIT
Disconnect the connector from the switch and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown.
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect power source or wire harness.

5. INSPECT VANITY LIGHT SWITCH CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace bulb or vanity light.

6. INSPECT VANITY LIGHT SWITCH CIRCUIT
Disconnect the connector from the switch and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown.
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect power source or wire harness.
7. INSPECT ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector from room light assembly.
b. Turn the room light switch ON, and check that there is continuity between terminal 2 and body ground.
c. Turn the room light switch DOOR, and check that there is continuity between terminal 1 and 2.
If operation is not as specified, replace the switch.
