Lubricate
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Lubricate drive shaft bushings and re-torque flange bolts. Lubricate front drive shaft bushings and re-torque flange bolts. Lubricate propeller shaft and re-torque the flange bolts.
Check
    Vehicle
      While driving the vehicle, check the proper operation of the engine, transmission, brakes and steering. Check for abnormal noises or vibrations from any part of the vehicle. Perform a general body check for corrosion and rust.

Inspect
    Steering Gear
      Inspect the steering gear box for signs of leakage.
    Steering
      Inspect steering linkages for bending and damage. Check dust boots for deterioration, cracks, or damage.

      Fuel lines and connections, fuel tank vapor vent system hoses, fuel tank band.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Check gasket for proper sealing. Check tank filler neck for damage. Fuel filler cap gasket. Check tank filler neck for damage.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect the exhaust pipes and mountings.
    Drive Belt
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Check boots and re-torque flange bolts.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect the vehicles brake linings and discs/drums. Check parking brake operation and brake pedal free-play.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect lines and hoses for chafing, cracks, deterioration, leakage and damage.
    Body and Frame
      General body inspection.
    Ball Joint
      Inspect the vehicles ball joints and dust covers looseness, damage, and deterioration.
    Accumulator, Suspension Control
      Inspect Active height control suspension and accumulator for leakage.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Fluid - Transfer Case
      Replace fluid only if vehicle is primarily operated while towing a trailer or using a car top carrier. Otherwise, inspect level and condition.
    Fluid - Differential
      Replace fluid only if vehicle is primarily operated while towing a trailer or using a car top carrier. Otherwise, inspect level and condition.
    Fluid - A/T
       Service fluid and filter. Check for leakage.
    Engine Oil
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Coolant
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace A/C air filter.
    Brake Fluid
    Air Filter Element
Clean/Repack
    Wheel Bearing
      Clean and inspect front wheel bearings and repack with grease.
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires. Inspect tires for cracks and damage.
