      While driving the vehicle, check the proper operation of the engine, transmission, brakes and steering. Check for abnormal noises or vibrations from any part of the vehicle. General body check.

      Inspect front driveshaft boots for leakage and re-torque flange bolts.

      Perform an audible inspection and adjust if necessary.

      Inspect steering gear box for leakage.

      Inspect the vehicles steering linkage and boots.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Check for leaks and cracking. Retighten clamps if needed. Inspect vapor vent system hoses, fuel tank band.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Check gasket for proper sealing. Check tank filler neck for damage.
    Fluid - Transfer Case
      Check level and condition.
    Fluid - M/T
      Check fluid level and condition.
    Fluid - Differential
      Check fluid level and condition.
    Fluid - A/T
      Check fluid level and condition.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect the vehicles exhaust pipes and mountings.
    Evaporative Emission Control Canister
      Non maintenance item except California. Massachusetts, and New York. Inspect for internal damage or clogging.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Inspect drive axle boots for damage or leaks. Re-torque flange bolts.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake linings and drums/discs. Check parking brake operation and brake pedal free-play.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Check hoses for leakage, damage and swelling.
    Body and Frame
      General body inspection.
    Ball Joint
      Inspect the vehicles ball joints and dust covers.
Replace
